This medicine usually makes you feel better within a few days, but you should continue taking it as prescribed even when you feel better. Stopping it early may make the infection come back and harder to treat.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you are worried about them.

4. Avoid prolonged use of Sefdin (Cefdinir), since it may have possible effects such as rash and diarrhea.

5. Sefdin (Cefdinir) may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

6. Sefdin (Cefdinir) should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Sefdin (Cefdinir) may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

7. Sefdin (Cefdinir) is probably safe to be used in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Sefdin (Cefdinir) may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
